In just 8 days learn to confidently support your baby's development and your bond so you stop second guessing and start enjoying this important season

LIVE FEEDBACK COHORT: JULY 13-20

All 25 free spots have been claimed, but you can still get in for $5- see details below!

What's a feedback cohort?

A group who goes through this challenge at a reduced cost in exchange for feedback. You'll have access to the program until Monday, July 20th at midnight.

You can find out more in the "How this is gonna work" section!

There are a mix of free passes and $5 passes simply because I've held free challenges in the past where a lot of people don't show and I can't get you results if you don't show! I'm seeing how free vs paid impacts how people show up. (This is a test cohort after all!)

If you participate in the community and show up for the live sessions I'll be happy to refund your $5 after you submit your final feedback.

What is Baby-Led Play?

Your baby comes into this world with two drives that help them learn and thrive:

1) The drive for support and connection

2) The drive to explore the world on their terms

Baby-Led Play is a simple daily rhythm that shows you how to confidently support both, while tuning out all the noise that doesn't matter.

THE FEEDBACK COHORT IS FOR YOU IF:

  • You have a baby between 0 and 12 months old

  • You care a lot about supporting your baby's development and creating a secure bond and are tired of second-guessing how to do that

  • You want to truly enjoy your relationship with your baby- not just feel pressure, anxiety or exhaustion from trying to do it all (or feeling guilty you're not doing it all)

  • You want to know you're not just giving your baby what they need to thrive now, but setting them up to thrive in the future too

HERE'S HOW THIS IS GONNA GO-

On-demand lessons (~15 min) covering a piece of the P.L.A.Y. Framework so you can listen whenever works + private community chat & 4 live coaching sessions so you can have your questions answered every step of the way!

HI THERE! I'M ALEXIS

I'm a mom and former teacher of 10 years who helps new parents support their baby's development more by doing less through the intentional rhythm of baby-led play.

When my son Wyatt was born, I quickly saw that the same damaging “more is more" myth I’d experienced in education was alive and well in parenting too: that more teaching, more activities, and more engagement is somehow better.

But the truth? Research shows young children learn best through responsive relationships and their own-self directed exploration- not constant engagement or stimulation.

I'm tired of watching kids and adults struggle because of this myth. With Baby-Led Play, I'll show you how to confidently support your baby’s development and your relationship in a way that is actually better for everyone in the family.

XOXO- Alexis
